Nana Haja is an Environmentalist, Agriculturist, Business Coach and Human Rights activist. She is an Officer, member of the Global African Congressuk and a board member of the IDPAD CoalitionUK. In 2006 Nana Haja has set up a charity in the memory of her grandfather; the late chief superintended Salifu Dagarti to present in the United Kingdom to Promote for the public benefit and the benefit amongst people on African Descent by:
Advancement of education and training; relief of Poverty, Sickness and Distress; Promotion of Good Health, Provision of Recreational Facilities in the interest of Social Welfare with the object of Improving their condition of Life; advance Education of the public on all aspects of the African History and Culture.

With GACuk and Salifu Dagarti Foundation, Nana Haja has take part in the event like Reparations and equality campaign during a House of Commons lobby on 8 of June 2016, BPM for Reparations form Brixton to the UK Parliament, Emancipation Day on 1 of August each year. As an active member of GACuk Nana Haja was one of the delegations who went to Geneva to give evidence to CERD and to hear what the UK government has to say for itself, helps set up the IDPAD CoalitionUK and also an active board member assist in writing an open letter to Theresa May: to recognize the UN International Decade for People of African Descent, has also officially organized the first African Libration Day 2017 in India with the Women Self Help Group and has been working in raising awareness and promotion of the African Descendent in India. At the moment she is empowering a new generation of African Descendent in India to help combat racism, raising awareness in advancing the human rights for African descendants in India by promoting the human rights law, elimination of all forms of racial discrimination, access to justice, and racial profiling and by help them in combating racism and racial discrimination in their daily live.
